Breakfast, then off to Thomas’s vineyard. There: bundling the branches that have been cut off, collecting the dead trunks that have been sawn off, repairs to the posts and tying up the two lower metal ropes that hold the plants. A glorious day – sunny, fresh and a little windy. In the afternoon, in the cellar, Jungheinrich action: move the metal baskets, each of which can hold 500 bottles, to the right place, to the cellar exit, so that everything runs smoothly tomorrow morning when the man comes with his bottling plant.
